I really struggled over the weekend...and last week. Last week was birthday free for all, and this weekend was Easter....needless to say, I have got to get back on track this week! Hopefully I can reverse all my bad habits from the past week!

So far it's working! Shockingly, if you don't eat birthday cake 5 days a week, you can lose some weight!
