Never!!! Its about your health and how you feel! Keep in mind, a lot "skinny people" are what we call "skinny fat", their health is low just as the number on the scale. The number is no reflection of your health if you're eating right and exercising! :)

Happy Friday back to you Sherrie. I'm not sure I understand your question, I'd say a number on the scale is part of the equation, but there's more to it than just that. Body composition, health, how we look/feel, how we see and assess changes in our bodies in other ways than the scale are all important. My 2 cents anyway.

I did not mean for my question to be in any way bad. It just popped into my head, I guess because I had been looking back on the food I had been eating and how much of it. Guess you could say I was talking out loud to myself and it ended up on here. I agree with you both, just struggling with myself that's all. Sorry everyone
