Consistency, I'm guessing that's a good thing with the holidays coming up. I don't know about the rest of you but all the holiday spreads start here at work next week. Not good for the belt line. I see lots of cardio in my future since I can't lift for 2 weeks. Went to doc yesterday for my shoulder pain and it looks like I tore the muscle connecting to my collar bone 😕

No, just put me on anti-inflammatories for a month and I go back in 2 weeks. The muscle sound begin to heal where the tear is.
