Call it a wash in the calories in vs. out. Planned slacker day..first one I think since I started this trip.
Im probably a few short on the calorie entry...did the best I could. I knew it was gonna be a biggy today, Easter dinner at moms.Strange eating times and a lot of running around. I have not given myself a "free day" in months, so it was time. No real extreme exercise tomorrow. Took a day off. Tomorrow were back on baby. Not trippin, just livin' life. Hope you all had a great Easter
pps: I still stayed under the ol' RPI, I think in actuality as well. though far over the 1800 max I am trying to stay at. I like how it is now in my heead that Fat Secrets RPI is not my internal setting. PS: Just saw the off broadway performance of fiddler on the roof...If you love theater and hhave not seen this one, Please do!
