I was in the same spot until I consulted a fitness coach on nutrition. It worked out fine

When I feel this way I look at the weight I logged on first day of the current month and the first day of the previous month. I find it helps put things in perspective. Slow and steady wins the race.

They say if you up your calories and then cut them back it takes you out of the plateau and you continue to loose. Haven't tried it I stayed the same weight for over 2 months ..I feel your pain but your body will get back on track.

are you cutting complete food groups out like carbs?

Check your carb and fat intake. I'm at about 200 g of carbs a day. Fiber? Essential !

You have lost 25 lbs inn 4 months...that is progress! I yo-yo and plateau all the time. Super frustrating I know. But I can usually figure out why when I look at what I ate. I think you can try a few simple changes that may help though. Just try for 1 week to see if you see a kickstart. 1️⃣Record everything you eat every day. Make the effort to click the button at bottom of food journal that you are finished eating for the day. This reinforces that you are done till tomorrow. It helps to take photos before you eat an item or meal so that you remember to journal everything in the food diary once per day. I journal in late evening when I know I am not eating anything else. 2️⃣Quit the fast take-out food completely. It is almost all too high in sugar, fat and salt. Everyone in the family will be benefit and you will save money. (Only Wendy's, I believe, make an effort to offer healthy, nutritious & delicious salads) 3️⃣Have a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts (unsalted) when everyone else is eating sweets and baked goods.

It is tough when that happens, but eventually you break through the plateau.
