Good morning everyone. ☀️ Happy Thursday!
Hope everyone is in motivated mode to accomplish their goals.🙂👍🏻
Here I go starting all over again.
I’m 5’9 and 190 as if today. My goal is 155 and it’s been on and off strangle for past 5 years. I gained 30 all at ones after loosing my job and stopped being active. Trying so hard to get back on track and some how keep falling out 😬. But I know I can do it if I really put my mind to it. So here we go! I started working out and walking little bit again. Today I’m taking all serious 🧐
Diet and Gym here I come. 💪🙂
