Still kicking ass and taking names here, Folks! Still running my little legs off (another 10-mile run today!) and still doing what I can to start a one-woman crusade to get people to eat their vegetables. So, nothing new, I suppose. But at this point on my "Road to Wellness", no news is good news, I guess.
I may not have been writing much lately, but I've been reading my buddies' journals and I am glad to see you're still fighting the good fight! Keep it up, Kids! You're worth the effort!
