I did not get a chance to record my weigh in last week but i just recorded it today. I dont understand sometimes about this weight loss thing because the scale I can really tell in my clothes some weight has been lost. I used to not like looking at myself in the mirror because I didnt like what I saw but now I am beginning to like it. I find myself make changes in what i eat and what time i eat it. I hope everyone is doing ok.. If anyone need any support im here! GOOD LUCK!
