Woke at 228.4, up 1.8 from yesterday. Went over on calories. Will make it up today and/or tomorrow. UPDATE: Down to 227.7 before breaking the daily fast at 1 pm. UPDATE 2: Got to 226.7 at 6 pm. Ate pork chops and brussels sprouts, but I messed up and mis-calculated the weight of the pork chops. So I actually ate 10 additional ounces of them. The calories went over goal but it's mostly protein and the carbs and fat are within macros. That should not hurt too badly.
