Well, I put my weigh in off long enough. I was traveling abroad and when I came back I was overloadedwith work. No exercise and no restraint around the table. Fortunately I didn't balloon too much.
Now bag to the grind of dieting and gym work. Need to find good support for nutritional changes for myself and my wife. She did great while I was on the road making me feel I am a bad influence on her. Need to change that.
