Ok its a new dawn and a new day so toda i et back on track. What i have been eating has been terirble and even worse not exercise. My new job had me sitting at my desk eating junk and carbs but this ends today!
I'm taking a small holiday over nye so my aim is to lose 14lbs by then! I havn't weighed myself in a while so I'm a bit scared but I know once im back on track it'll be fine !! :) Happy Monday y'all. x
