It’s been two weeks since my last weigh in, and the scale has stayed the same 😔 I was sad to see this, but trying to look at the positives, at least it didn’t go up 🤷🏼‍♀️
84.9 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
