Hello I'm new to this. My cousin got me to start using this app. I need to lose weight. 👍

Welcome! I’ve had good success here over the past year when i faithfully recorded what I ate and tried to watch the carbs and get some exercise as others have suggested. Being able to plan a day’s meals ahead of time and know where I had room in my calorie budget has been a big help many times. In the fall when I had some distractions and stopped tracking, my progress slowed but I’m back on track now. One day at a time. Good luck to you!

Welcome! The app has helped me keep vigilant about eating to my macros & calories. I needed that level of accountability. The support & comments help spur me on. Sharing my meal pix & seeing those of others keeps me more aware of what I eat as I get ideas from what others share. It's all bee a huge help!

Yes, counting your calories can be an eye opening experience. When we aren't behaving ourselves we tend to want to hide. I practice Intermittent Fasting for 16 hours a day, and am addicted to sugar and high carbs. Am sometimes on and sometimes off. Like myself better when off of sugar and high carbs. Welcome.
