Being a chunky monkey took alot of work, also big serving sizes. I see some of the food plates posted here, it looks great for the most part but i find i cannot eat such a big plate of food anymore. my tummy capacity has shrunk for sure. any given meal for me now fits comfortably on a side plate and i don't have hunger or cravings.... well maybe once or twice a week. still much less than before changing my eating habits.
