Oh leg day.... How quickly you come back around. 👎🏼🦵🏼 Happy Friday! Took the day off. (From work...not the gym) gym, a little shopping, a little cleaning, out to dinner tonight. Planning to keep my calories in check but that's always easy for me to say at 9 a.m.

Good that you went to gym! Now you can enjoy yourself while somewhat watching your calories. My hardest time is after dinner. I do really good all day and then no matter how much I eat at dinner I want to start snacking..it's frustrating!

I did quite well. I ordered three shrimp tacos and only ate one of the tortillas. Only three chips. Yay me!!❤️

LOL Tim. I bet those with the cleanest houses never even mention it. They just do it. I talk about it every time I clean because it is so infrequent. haha. My house is regular- sometimes immaculate. Sometimes a mess. Usually somewhere in between. But Oh how I LOVE a clean space. 💕🕴️Of all the ridiculous emojis to choose from, there was no sexy maid- so that is a picture of a person in a suit levitating. I mean, who wouldn't need to use that emoji?

Leg days are my favorite and honestly easiest, probably because I power walk so friggin much 😂. I’m the opposite-I loath upper body days! Those are M-W-F. Saturday is yard work day and Sunday is recovery day (well, I power walk every day). I’m taking Monday off, myself. Here’s to long weekends! And impressive discipline on the chips!

We just got a weight set and a bench. Hopefully, this will inspire both me and my husband to work out. The plan is to do upper body today.

You crack me up DP!!!🤣 Was doing well yesterday with calories, then a huge second lunch showed up, free and delicious! I didn’t pass up!🥲 = NOT weighing in today! Plus, I don’t go to the gym!🥺 Hope to be better today, yet Saturday’s at the office are hard to behave!🥴 Have a Spectacular Saturday!👍
