First challenge today. Was out and about and really hungry. But I still picked carefully and stayed under 1300 calories! Yes!! Before I started trying to live healthy, I could knock down 1300 calories in one meal! We used to eat lots of fast food. But no more!! I'm really doing this and I'm so happy!! I feel great!
