Started Monday well with a 10 km run at 6 am, then blew the calorie count for the rest of the day! A bit more mindfulness is needed for the rest of the week so that I don’t ruin all my good work.
Feeling a bit tired today. Toying with taking a rest day but feel I should be pushing myself to get up the mountain.
I have to remind myself that recovery is important too.
