Very sore today from working out with my trainer last night. Muscle weighs more than fat and burns off more fat. I just keep reminding myself that every time I get up to walk - LOL! I have to increase my calorie intake which is difficult for me since I am not very interested in eating most of the time. It's more like a chore that I have to do. Starting the Paleo diet to increase my good calories.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
