No chicken nuggets last night and no french fries today! I wasn't able to walk because the Hot Stone Massage (and fish fry) gave me the sh*ts. I just want to go home, crawl up in bed, and take a long nap. I want to nap now but I can't because I am at work AND my sh*ts might sneak up on me if I am not actively awake to keep my cheeks shut tightly. My better judgment is telling me not to write about poop because it isn't very ladylike and my inner b*tch just told her to shove it. Did I mention I need a nap??

You two are making me laugh 🥰 drinking lots of water to help flush out these toxins... so I will be awake most of the night running to the bathroom - I might want to log that as exercise 😆
