Woke at 229.0, down .8 from yesterday. Today is my official weigh in day, so I think I will be showing a weight gain over last week, but I've had a 7 pound recovery from my NY weekend last week. UPDATE: Weighed 231.0 before dinner so the waking weight is today's low.
