As of today I have lost 5 pounds on the detox diet. This morning we start the 28 days over again. I have added a thermobooster to hopefully give my body a little bit more stimulation. I am pretty depressed about my progress. I am on the incline trainer for an average of 3 miles a day, 5 out of 7 days in the week. Trying to stay positive and keep pushing forward.
