I'm looking forward doing Insanity for the following 2 months. I'm supposed to workout 6 days /week. Now I'm working out every day but it will be more intense.
I'm expecting to tone my body really well. What I wish most is to firm my abs and slim down my legs. Will also continue with Yoga because I have 1 year commitment that end up next year in September 10th.
On 10th of November celebrating 2 months of Yoga.
