Had a sleepless night. No reason for it, so I stayed in bed and slept from 8 to 12. Yeah that was a good idea. Now my eyes feel better. they get dry and irritated when sleep eludes me. I'm surprised at the 1 pound drop, but I'll take it. Happy days. J
