what a great breakfast! I've been having a 2 egg omelet with fresh spinach, tomato, red onion, cheddar, and sour cream with either 2 Oz of meat or 1/4 c of black beans. my poor husband keeps asking me to PLEASE stop adding leaves to his eggs and give him some bacon!!🤣🤦♀️
