@anisayun 30gr tepung oatmeal 80ml air Setengah pisang 20gr Whey protein 1/3 sdt baking powder 1butir telur Dark coklat atau selai coklat diet untuk dimasukkan kedalam adonan Udah itu aja sist di oven di suhu 175 derajat selama 20menit di kukua atau airfrayer jg bisa
