I need to get my behind back into walking. I've sat far too much. Thankfully here, the weather is starting to get walking tolerable.

Menopause, sure likes to toss in a wrench in weight loss, doesn't it?

Menopause does indeed. I was fortunate that my menopause weight gain came back off, but I have to say that I miss having a waist 😕😉
