The left is current. Up 38 pounds from right side. 😳 still working on controlling my calories and upping the protein which is probably my least favorite macro. Happy Saturday! Back and biceps today! ❤️

Awesome you got there once you’ll get there again. Protein is my favorite macro so that’s why I don’t take protein powders 😂 if you don’t like meats then protein shakes ftw. Keep going 💪

Petra- same. I mean I haven't been to the doctor but I sure wish I could love chicken. And I haven't been "regular" in weeks. I bought some fiber gummies last night when I went grocery shopping. 🤞

Wifey- I guess it was dim when I opened the package (I had to order those pants because nothing fits my fat ass anymore) and I was confused because they were black and I swore I ordered green. And so I wore this bright blue tank with them and I guess because I left for the gym while it was still dark outside- I didn't notice until I hit the gym and the lights that they were/are very green and I did not match at all.

You look 👀 beautiful in both my sweet Princess and if I get to say anything, I’m just going to say the left looks firmer and your muscles are more defined. Remember that comparing yourself 38 pounds ago is sometimes a trap my dear because your body is not the same now as it was 38 pounds ago, nor will it be ever again. It’s different composition. Anyways that’s my two cents, enjoy your workout today. Hugs and kisses.

And I really like what Mike said about taking advantage of those extra pounds to set some new records. Awesome advice. I’m stronger now at 225 than I ever was at 180.

Thanks you guys! I'm definitely getting the muscles back. I can't believe how much hard work I put in and just acted like it was nothing and now I know how hard it is. I should have been proud of myself back then because this time is a struggle for me. On a bright note... Today's workout was one of my best I have ever had... At least in recent years that I recall. 💪🏼❤️💪🏼
