my weight spiked up from 197 to 201 for some reason but spiked down even lower to 196 so am very happy to know that the weight loss is ongoing and that the restricted calorie diet/ low carb, more lean protein, more vegetables is working with low fat dairy and small amounts of lowfat sourcream and small amounts of cheese. have noticed that abstaining from meat seems to be part of the key to my recent spike down.
