I felt great after lost 2 pounds,and today i decided to make a book about my diet. i cut pages from the magazine, and add my personal notes. it s also a way to distract myself form all the food alround me,lol.
i didnt felt so well this afternon, maybe that was because i did not eat enough food. i felt so dizzy,and tire. oh well, keep up!!!!
