Goal for today: 3 balanced meals, water, water, water. I bought some eggs from the local farmstand and need to cook them because they have hairline cracks and won't be good much longer. Quiches on the horizon with zucchini because that is what I have. More popovers with extra egg. Maybe I will get more cheese but I also have pesto to use and cottage cheese. Mmm, getting hungry just thinking about it! Weight is steady but still doing the bone-building workouts so getting exercise to a certain degree. Planning on taking BF to Geaorgia for him to hike the Appalachian trail. Means I have to drive back by myself and I am planning on visiting some of my cousins on the way back.
