I am trying very hard not to get frustrated but it seems like I keep losing the same couple of pounds to bring me back down to 147! I know that what I eat is a big part of this, but if I am still burning more then I am taking in then why am I going up and down so much?!?!?! I am hoping that it is muscle from the runs I've been doing. I am loving the running...I just wish Mother Nature would give me some nice weather to run in!!
