Happy Tuesday! Killing it at the gym again every day. Still way too fat to post myself so I'll stick with funny pics. My muscle is coming back with a vengeance and it's crazy to see. Just two weeks ago there wasn't anything but fat. Now it's muscle too. Ha

my wife used to get mad cuz I believe celery is just a vessel to get peanut butter to my mouth. 😁😁

If I buy a bunch (is that what it's called?) of celery I usually throw it out except for 2 or 3 stalks. It's really good in stir frys if still a little crunchy. I agree with you - I won't post pictures of me right now. Good job at the gym! I am working on my walking - up to 45-55 minutes in my hilly neighborhood.

Good morning Princess, good to hear you're back at the gym. As for celery, in my kitchen, only for cooking. The base for Cajun cooking is the holy trinity and the pope: onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic. The trinity is similar to the French mirepoix.
