Prepped a lot of vegetables. Made some curry vegetables with yogurt and tofu. Valentine's dinner with BF who is on a crash diet so we are eating in tonight. Made some popovers in a baby bundt pan - they puffed up and were custardy in the middle. I like the recipe because you put the pan into a cold oven. So far it has worked twice: first with a 12 muffin tin, and second with an 8-count baby bundt tin.
