First... <<<<<insert confetti, drumroll>>>>> this morning I hit 100 lbs LOST!!!!
I joined FS a few months into my journey when I wanted to keep better track of carbs and sugars and not just calories.
Overall week was good and ended strong but I had a terrible Friday. During the evening walk I pulled something in my upper left thigh. I had to stop and limp slowly home. I was terrified the injury would last for weeks/months severly impacting my ability to walk which is center of my healthy living/weight loss program. I had a bit of a meltdown and ate more than I needed but I spent time stretching my leg and walking slowly. I kept slower pace Sat/Sun knowing that while heart rate is important even slower walking has benefits.
The injury seems to be healed but a good reminder to stretch and don't overdue it. It's a journey not a race.
