😳🥺 i think my weight lose journey has stopped at this point. bcz of so much pressure of study and I don't even have time to exercise 🥲😢

your future and your health are most important 🔥to your finish line it's just 4kg🤷🏽‍♀️. if you haven't time to exercise Keep your diet and daily walk 10000step walk.be lucky

@Farzana- you are right my future is more important now😊😌. Now it does not feel like a weight loss journey anymore, it's more like maintaining now. And i am trying hard to keep up with my diet. It's just about the workout, whenever I don't workout i feel so bad. Bcz i feel relaxed after working out.

@Farzana- i do some stretching after studying bcz my back hurts so bad for sitting so long. I am gonna workout for sure today 💪🏼😌
