My husband and I were out of town for a few days to attend a beekeepers auction and meet some old friends for a night out. Both events were a huge success. I am back on the downward trend again. I'm not sure why I stopped but I did. I am now able to fit comfortably into my size 18 jeans. I wore them all Friday and Saturday and was just thrilled that I could. I'm really working hard to get to my first goal of 200#. That would be 25 down for me. My energy level continues to be high. That combined with the beautiful spring weather is a sure fire way to stay motivated. We got our first two calves on Friday and Saturday. They were born about a week earlier than expected. That snow and low pressure system caused the heifers to pop a bit soon but everyone is doing well. I have to work today so I'm not able to attend Palm Sunday services but all in all, things are going well.
