Got home at 10 pm, and couldn't resist the pizza DH left out for me. my fault of r choosing the pizza instead of the veggies I had planned. And we talked again about how this kind of caring is sabotaging my plans. He again agreed to not be kind through food. This is an on-going and frequent request on my part.
