Tomorrow I start fitness and diet with hubby. I have just had a baby and put on 30 kilos in weight mostly due to hormone treatment before I fell pregnant. Had an emergency c section so haven’t been able to train hard although I have been walking and going to the gym a few days a week. Tomorrow excited for new beginnings 🤗
