Ok, so I just started. What I mean by just starting is that I had a pancake with my kids this morning and then decided enough is enough! My baby is 18mo. It is time to lose the rest of this stuff that just isn't me. I have always been between 110 and 115 lbs. (even after each child)and I am a small woman, but after my last daughter, I just haven't made time to care for myelf.
I hopped on the treadmill this morning and burned 500kcal. I just joined this site so that I have a place to be accountable. Any tips are welcome:)
Oh, also, I joined the "make it through the night challenge" that starts in three days. Nights tend to be the most difficult time for me.
