My first day with this app and starting my weight loss journey with calorie deficit. Any advice?

Be honest about what you eat. Document absolutely everything that enters your mouth. If you don’t already have a food scale, buy one. There’s no accurate way of measuring how much food you actually consume with one. (There’s one that’s R100 at Game). Eat food that you actually like so that you stay on the journey for longer. Just ensure it’s within your daily calorie deficit. Good luck and enjoy♥️

I found using the app was really helpful, as it made me aware of the cost of my food choices. I gave up bread pretty much entirely. Rooibos in the day after one coffee with breakfast. I discovered that salads could be delicious snd interesting with a bit of effort. I get to bed between 10 and 20.39 and get regular sleep. Wine only on Friday and Sat - and lots of exercise. I really have to push myself to run or walk most days. But it has paid off. Good luck!
