Hai ini tiramisu cake ya, bkinnya gampil banget 😍
Bahan 2 lembar roti gandum, 11gr susu protein, 2 gr nescafe, 100gr yoghurt plain, 3gr bubuk coklat & 35 gr Strawberry
Mix susu protein+ nescafe dengan air, lalau rendam/cemplugin roti gandum ke susu tsb dan panggang diatas teflon
Nanti roti nya tambahin yoghurt, bubuk coklat & strawberry sebagai pemanis
Meski dipanggang roti tetep akan lumer krena sudah dibasahi dengan susu tadi
Ga ada whey/susu protein bisa diganti susu biasa namun kandungan protein nya jadi dikit
