Hi :) Just curious if you are both actively doing Fast 5...I just discovered it a couple of days ago - I'm on day 2 and so far so good. I'm loving that I'm not wasting energy and focus on trying to stay away from the junk food in the office - 99.9% of the time I was giving in lol. I've set my window for 5pm-10pm and will adjust accordingly...Please keep me posted on your progress or any hints/suggestions you may have. Good luck and keep up the good work!
