Yup. I blew it. I was upset about the loss of only 0.4, mixed with rushing out the door without eating (no time)and just being tired.... I ate 3 cookies. Then since I already blew it, I went ahead and ate the In-N-Out burger too. No bun.

I really need to go shopping, too. We're low on food in this house and control is easier to maintain when there are plenty of good, convenient things to eat.

Tomorrow is a new day.

I need to start doing that... keeping almonds in my purse. It's really better than getting caught off guard, hungry. This behavior, though, this is that self sabotage that I really need to get over. Unless I want to keep doing this 1 step forward and 2 steps back. I <3 fatsecret.

I've done the self sabotage many many many many times!! This time around I'm desperate. I'm bigger than I've ever been in my life, I always felt tired and miserable and I was turning to alcohol to self medicate my self hatred. I have to do it this time... :-)
