This week I only got to walk two days. :( The first day I forgot my lunch, and my walking buddy had to go home for lunch. Today we were informed that today and tomorrow we're only having a thirty minute lunch so we can leave an hour early tomorrow. But tomorrow I am supposed to meet my cousin's girlfriend at Curves to workout. Do any of you use Curves? And what do you think about it?


I think my calves are growing :( I think they look about like PopEye's arms, you know, how they're big from the elbow down to his wrists :(

I went to Curves for a couple of months. I think if you work out properly, it's an "okay" workout. I just didn't feel like it was that effective since I was barely breaking a sweat and didn't feel that tired afterward, ya know? But, different strokes for different folks, if you like it, that's all that matters.

That's what I've always thought every time I went. I asked if I could work out for 45 minutes or longer, and they didn't act like they liked that idea. Of course with walking it's about the same, but I can feel it in my legs every time we get done, and when I leave Curves I feel like I've not really done anything. ???
