Food prepped: spinach soup with garam masala seasoning, pork and cabbage sauteed, chicken with salsa, mozzarella eggplant casserole, stewed fruit for yogurt.
Also available: whole wheat english muffins, peanut butter, eggs, cheddar cheese, yogurt, ground beef, ground pork, and tofu. Zucchini, squash, and mushrooms. I also got milk because I am trying to decide if I want to make popovers. Also need to do something with the last pound of spinach and might make Malfatti pasta so I got ricotta too.

I got a breakfast sandwich at a fast food place today because I decided not to eat any of the great food that I just listed above but they mistook my order and gave me three, jammed into one little sack. Then the server pressed them into the bag so she could put napkins in the bag too. I have to say, even with bacon, they were disgusting by the time I drove the block to my office. I couldn't finish one. Now I feel nauseous on top of that. Live and relearn, over and over!

Anyway, eating dinner after the bone health class. The workout did not help the nausea. But I ate my dinner with a small spoon and chewed carefully as instructed. Lots of vegetables: baked beans, cabbage and pork, and then coleslaw too. Good thing I am alone this evening. Last night I was surprised at how windy I got, tonight I am expecting it!

That's alot of food prepping! I cooked meatloaf today. I used to do food prepping before I retired, getting lunches ready for Monday-Friday. I always bought 5 apples at the grocery store on the weekend for the lunches. Only ate them at work. Now I buy them but end up throwing them away 2 weeks later because I forget to eat them. Sometimes I add spinache to a stir fry. I cut it up and it cooks down to almost nothing.

@Fritzy22 turns out I like to cook in waves - I will cook for 3 days and then not want to for a week.
