Changed up the RDA to active, to add 300 to calories. This way I will aim closer to actual use. Other dieters have recommended increasing by at least 300 KC / day to break a plateau. I think I dipped into starvation mode. Energy decreased, tiredness, lack of energy. I had gotten a "daylight" light, but not helping much. Does not call itself corrected though.
