Had our annual "rib off" at work yesterday and I ate a few things I wouldn't have otherwise when I'm trying to lose weight.

Really hard workout at the gym last night. Did my weight-lifting class "Body Pump".
88.7 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week
