So my knee seems ok but swollen and stiff from my fall skiing yesterday. I iced, and wore a brace to keep me from moving it awkwardly in my sleep. Fortunately I got to work from home today so I didn't have to test my balance out in the ice. I'll do some light exercise today and some of the physical therapy exercises I learned to hopefully help my recovery. I hope I get to ski this weekend. The season is coming to an end more quickly than I wanted it to. The price doesn't help either. With Covid, the lift tickets are tremendous.
