Well the appetite came back with a vengeance after recovering from my Covid no taste and smell! In all honesty after losing 100 lbs I gain water weight pretty easy. Setting a new goal! Got in a great workout already this morning! Now time to prep some great eats for the week! Planning for a great week! One speech and evaluation contest down. Moving to Division contest in both! I have a club level contest on Wednesday and another contest on Saturday! Busy week but I love it!!
