Having been on holiday and suffering an Achilles’ tendon injury I have been unable to follow my previous exercise regime of the cross trainer. I have continued to walk as well as I can 3 or 4 times a week but a fortnight off the diet and drinking far too much San Miguel has made my weight go up a touch.
